User making a comment to a post doesn’t go to the post

  • I’ve spent weeks trying to sort it and getting more confused. I have JetPack, I’m using Twenty-One theme. When someone posts a comment with regards one of my posts, it goes to a place where my logo jpg file is. Both my son and daughter have posted a comment and same. But I create a new user and post a comment it goes to that post. Totally confused.

    I wonder if the issue is originating within the JetPack settings?

    Have you tried posting the question to the JetPack support forum? There might be others who have experienced the same issue and can provide some guidance.
