user make the payment but order showing pending payment

  • from last few weeks user make the payment but order showing pending payment and not mark as processing, please fix that issue otherwise we have to move to another payment gateway

  • I have the same issue with razorpay, Payment with COD is processing but when user will pay through the razorpay the payment is success but the order status is still in pending payment. How can I resolve it. Do you guys have any ideas. I have reconfigure the webhooks also but still showing the problem with Razorpay.
