    I’m trying to work out how to resend a user a QR code to reset up his google authenticator access. Are you able to resend me this by any chance?

    No, that is not how this plugin works. The user in question has to log in and activate this feature in their profile. This gives them a choice to use double opt in or not. In your case your best option is to disable this feature in their profile and ask them to log in and activate this feature again. Then they have to go through the same process like they did the first time they activated this feature.

    What do we do when the option is not showing up for a user account? There is no way to enable and setup GA – essentially no QR code to scan.

    As far as I know it always shows for every user account created.

    Thanks for your quick reply. I believe it would have shown up initially for the user, but the user doesn’t frequently access the site and believe he has a new phone since last accessing it. We are both admin users. I can turn GA on or off for him, but it doesn’t help with giving him the QR code he needs. I’ve also tried to delete his account and add him again, although believe his email address has already been issued a QR code once so it’s not providing that option for him again. Is there anything else I can try?
