User login not working – weird error message

I am trying to replicate process for paid members to login AFTER they have already paid via paypal but for some reason it is not letting me view protected content even when the user has access to all premium content

It doesnt keep me logged in does it work for u? Also see the strange url which you can see in screenshot too? Even when logged in it says “login=failed”. Any idea what issue is? I tried on both incognito and regular Mozilla for Windows 10
