User logged in but it show user not login.

    Hi,

    I have a problem with wordfence plugin.

    When a customer login to the website, they are already logged in. But when clicking on the account icon, it shows a login form popup again like they didn’t. But when the user goes to other pages then it shows logged in.

    When I deactivate it then the login popup form work well.


    How to fix it?

    Hi @nguyentrongtiep, thanks for getting in touch.

    Wordfence’s Login Security module (2FA and/or reCAPTCHA) works with WordPress and WooCommerce default Login/Registration forms but not with custom forms, which it sounds like your modal pop-up is.

    It sounds like you may have 2FA or reCAPTCHA enabled, and may be experiencing issues with the credentials being sent by your custom form for WordPress to verify as a result of the missing information. If I’m wrong or you need to illustrate the issue further, using a site like Snipboard will let you share screenshots here for us.
