User locked out from signing!

Dear Wordfence Support Team,
I have received about 17 emails from Wordfence in the last two days which states – “A user with IP address 216.70.90.99 has been locked out from the signing in or using the password recovery form for the following reason: Exceeded the maximum number of login failures which is: 10. The last username they tried to sign in with was: ”
User IP: 216.70.90.99
User hostname: https://www.aatours.com”The username and User Hostname differs in most of the cases but I have seen these coming from about 6-8 different IP addresses.
I am sure these are coming from some hackers/spammers. Please suggest what should my approach be towards these attacks?
