• Hello,

    Sometimes, my customer send me email to tell me that they can’t order or create account, they are locked (the blue page with angry laptop).
    So, I test in private windows to access to my account and I have the same issue. I have to clear cache to unlock.

    I use this plugin on 3 websites and it happens on each only with last updates (approximately since January 2020).

    Is there a way to fix this ?

  • Hi,

    You may try disabling the Hackrepair Blacklist in Security> Settings> Banned Users> Default Blacklist to see if that helps to correct the issue.

    Hi and thanks for your answer.

    I have deactivate Hackrepair Blacklist but the problem come again and again.
    Customer are blocked when they want to order.

    Do you have another idea to correct the issue ?

    If you are using a caching plugin, which one are you using ?
