First off, amazing plugin! It has helped us so much blocking spam.

Sadly I think a feature was removed a few weeks ago. It used to say what city/state they were in I believe, and it doesn’t anymore so it’s hard to block people. Anything we can do about that? Thanks!

That spot should still be in there, but it’s possible the endpoint we use may not be returning as much data as it was, or something is going wrong with it.

We presently use https://freegeoip.net to help as much as possible with the topic.

Odd! Not sure what to do, do you have any recommendations? It’s hard to deny users not from our city without getting a paid wordfence or something and block all countries lol.

Thanks for being so helpful and responding so quick ??

Really hard to say without being able to log in and check what sort of responses you’re getting for the pending users.

Do you know your way around code/databases enough, by chance, that you could check and make sure the pending users have a user meta key of _bprwg_ip_address and an IP address value saved?

    I tried and couldn’t find it ??

We do still get people regularly, the main issue is the city/state portion disappeared (I think it was to the right of IP). I believe this happened after it updated to 4.8, we are on managed WP.

Not sure what to tell ya at this point, truth be told. We haven’t had an update to the plugin for months, so nothing on the plugin side has changed. It’d all depend on what’s coming in with each user, and if the needed values are available to grab the geo data.
