User Lists with Extra Fields

I have a plugin that I am using to capture extra fields at registration. It works perfectly and is capturing this information. Now, I need to be able to create a report of the users along with this information. Is this possible?

What we’d like to be able to do is print off a spreadsheet of this information (name, address, phone # etc) for all of our members.
