User list with [edit profile] option

  • Hello!
    I need create some page with all users list + option to edit user profile from this page.. Only admins can see this option…

    this is a template =):
    ===NAME=== ===EMAIL=== ===REG/DATE=== ===CATEGORY===
    Alexander [email protected] 10-12-2012 Subscriber [edit profile]
    Albert [email protected] 10-10-2009 Subscriber [edit profile]

    how can I create this page??
