    Hello,

I’m currently trying to resolve an issue that appears to be caused by some type of limit in the number of users.

There is a repeatable issue were I can log into the forum management dashboard and if I try to sort users by last login it brings down the entire site. The site also crashes when there are too many concurrent users logged in at the same time on the same page ect.

    We have 3000+ members.
I’ve monitored the CPU/Memory/Disk and I don’t seem to be hitting any kind of performance issues the host level.

If you have any experiences with large forums 3000+ members frequently reaching 500+ concurrent members logged in at the same time and have any idea why this might be happening it would be greatly appreciated.

Any information would be appreciated even if it is just other users of this forum plugin that have more active members/concurrent users than we do and what hardware/setup you are using.

I’m currently using a t2.large in AWS and when I review the cloudwatch metrics I do not see anything to indicate the instance is overloaded or even at capacity when this issue occurs.

    Thanks,

    Travis
