    Hi,

    We use the chat in a multisite environment, with the previuos version, the “user typing preview” was function properly.

    Since we have update to the latest 8.1.1 version (and now with 8.1.2) the chat agent don’t preview what client’s typing.

    It’s a bug? It can be enabled again? Or this function is not available in the new version?

    I read the changelog, but I don’t found any information related.

    Hi @jvivesc ,

    Could you please specify the chat server mode you are using and whether Typing Preview and GDPR options are enabled? You can find this information by navigating to Settings -> Advanced Features.

    Typing Preview can be enabled only when using the “3CX High Performance Cloud Servers” mode and if GDPR is disabled under “Privacy” settings.

    Hi @wp3cx,

    Oops. You are right, I found the “enable typing preview” under “Advacned features” settings.

    I have GDPR enabled and the 3CX server mode.

    I will ask my client if they prefeer the typing preview enabled or the GDPR enabled.
