    I am encountering 02 difficulties:

    1. User is not automatically redirected when moderator enters room / starts meeting.
    2. When finished the meeting / session, the participant is transferred to the page the bbb and not to the page where it was inserted shortcode

    Hi @carlostlan,

    1. Can you paste the message for the user? It may be that WordPress’s heartbeat API is disabled and users cannot be automatically redirected to the meeting. The message then asks the user to click Join again in a few minutes instead of wait to be redirected.

    2. That feature does not exist in version 3. I created a feature request on GitHub for you.

    Thanks for the quick response

    The only messages is “The meeting has not started yet. You will be automatically redirected to the meeting when it starts.” It is worth noting that the name and password disappear.
    If you click join again, as the name and access code are blank, it’s like no data “The access code you have entered is incorrect. Please try again.”

    We exchange the name and access code for a temporary entry pass. The name and passcode disappearing are expected.

    It might be another plugin or the theme blocking the javascript that checks if the user can enter the meeting yet. Could you create a screen capture video for a user trying to enter a room as a viewer waiting for a moderator? If you right-click on the webpage and click inspect, a console will pop up.

    Could you go to the console tab and show what happens for about five minutes?

    In the tests I just performed, if the mediator enters without activating the microphone and camera (listen only) participants are not automatically directed, if released, no problems.

    That looks like an issue on the BigBlueButton server, which hosts meetings for the plugin. The plugin, by default, provides the same free BigBlueButton server to everyone who downloads this plugin.
