User is not a confirmed user

    I have just started to receive this error for a facebook feed :

    Plugin received next error message from network API for this feed:

    Error validating access token: Sessions for the user are not allowed because the user is not a confirmed user.

    How can i make sure the user is a confirmed user ? What does this mean ?
