User is always redirected, cannot reach root site

the plugin does its job and works fine, but also does one more thing that for me it’s not desired.Namely,
the user is always redirected to appropriate language version, so reaching the root is impossible.Details:
# WordPress version: 4.5;
# Language Redirect version: 1.0.2;
# root: https://example.com;
# DE version: https://example.de;
# plugin settings:
## Default redirect location: ‘ ‘;
## Language redirect mapping: ‘de=https://example.de’I’ve tried also with
## Default redirect location: ‘https://example.com’;
## Language redirect mapping: ‘de=https://example.de’;
but it was not working at all.I switch between languages using flag switcher (my own, not any plugin).
Please, advise if this is an appropriate behavior. If not, please advise how to fix this, so the root is reachable.
