I have recently had a HUGE spike in traffic to my site to the my-account-add-payment-type page from the British Virgin Islands (according to Google Analytics). I ran a spam check on users on my site and turned up 6 users who are all but one showing an address in the BVI. I want to report them as spam with suspicious activity — we don’t ship outside the US — but when checking my Clean Talk logs neither their IP address or country is showing up. Why is that? Should I just report the IP as suspicious without logging in?

    Please advise.

    Susan

    Hello @susansoaps

Can you send me any of these IP addresses here?

    Hello @susansoaps
Please, contact us via https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open and tell us the emails or the IP addresses of the users. This way it will be safe.

I also see you marked records in Anti-Spam logs. We will analyze them as well.

I’m going to mark this thread as “resolved”. If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread or contact us via our private Ticket System: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open.

I’ve analyzed marked requests. I increased some filters that will be more likely to block requests from other countries. Please let us know if there are false positives.
