User Interface Not Available after Install

  • I’ve installed this plugin on 3 of my wordpress sites. It works on two, but not the third. I’ve deactivated each other plugin to make sure it isn’t interacting with anything, no luck. After I activate master slider, I’m able to see the settings, however the interface where I could create a slider is not available. Suggestions? Advice?

    Hi
    It seems issue comes from your theme,
    switch to default theme if it works then contact to your theme author.
