    Hi Poojanya,

We are not sure to understand what you are looking for. Our plugin takes care of front-end users. Your front-end users do not have access to your admin panel.

    Could you clarify for us?

    Thank you very much,

    Hai

Thanks for quick response. Yeah front end users don’t have access to use admin panel. Where as I want to inactive a front end user from the admin panel other than deleting the user.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Poojanya,

There’s no way to block a specific user without deleting them other than using the “Admin Approval” setting on the “Options” tab. Can you explain what you’re trying to do and why both deleting the user or turning or admin approval wouldn’t work? Thanks!
