User Import with 15,000 users takes forever

    It’s really annoying that the user import is only possible with batch count 10 which will take forever with 15,000 users… how to speed it up?

    Hi @animesubways,

    The Import speed depends on the amount of data present in the CSV, network speed, server performance, etc. The import time will increase as the data needs to be written to each field in the database and continuous database insertion can slow down the server.
    An important factor that plays with the import speed is server performance and varies for each server, CSV file, etc.

    We can suggest some methods to improve the import process:
    1. Make sure that only the necessary column is mapped/ imported.
    2. Increase the import batch count from WebToffee import export>General settings
