User image upload????

  • I am trying to find a plug-in that I can install that allows the viewers/users to upload images and/or video to be posted on my webiste. I cant find ANYTHING ANYWHERE. Somebody please help me.

    Also is there a plug-in that separates each post with a bar or box? Some kind of separater?
