USER ID empty field

When I try to import users, say me:
No user was successfully imported, please check the error log.
And the error log say:
No se puede crear un usuario con el nombre de identificaci?3n vacio.
Is in spanish, but say something like:
You can not create a user with the name identification empty.
But I don’t know which is this empty field…. somebody can help me?
