User id and login not showing for some users

    I am using Formidable form submission to hit a webhook with user data. There is 1 user who is having trouble submitting this data to the webhook:
    [x show=”ID”]
    [x show=”user_login”]

    This doesn’t happen for my user account. Does anyone have ideas on what could be causing this to happen?
