    Hi,

Im using ultimate member and astra as a theme. I have followed the instruction (https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1868-setting-up-user-header-menu) to show the user avatar or user name in the top menu wants he is signed in. However, if i follow exactly those steps I only get the menu items like Account, Profile, Logout to the top menu and not an avatar showing or a username from the loged in user. any idea what im doing wrong here?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @marcipu

Could you check the default wordpress theme? Maybe this is Astra conflict.

    Regards.

    hi andrewshu,

Thanks already for your very fast answer. I tested in a wordpress sandbox.

I tested with theme Astra and Ultimate member but the resultat as shown below is the same htey only display the menu items but no avatar and name.

    my configuration below

You suggest to try it with the wordpress default theme. First of all i dont know which is the wordpress default theme so i tried twenty twenty-four as it comes when i install it directly but the problem there is there is no option for Logged In Account Menu.

    Many thanks for support

    Best

    Marc
