User has completed a course but course isn’t listed on their proflie

    I have a user who has completed one course and received a grade, but the course he completed isn’t listed in All, Active or Completed. The stranger thing is the courses listed are not courses he’s taken. It’s very odd and I’m stumped at this point.

    Thanks for reporting this. I’ve created a bug report for this and alerted the team too. To help us investigate the issue could you tell me if you are using shortcode or ‘learner courses’ block on this page?

    Hi Erica,

    Just want to rule out the possibility of a plugin conflict. Could you disable all the plugins you are using on your staging site and then test to see if the problem still persists? If it still does, then let us know.

    If you are using WooCommerce Paid Courses plugin, we just released a fix related to the My Courses page yesterday. Please try updating the plugin and see if the issue persists.

    I can’t really toggle off in my live site since I actively have users completing courses throughout the day. What version did you just update the Paid course plugin to? I didn’t see an update come in yesterday. I actually had to hide the “All” tab because it lists all courses for users instead of the courses they’ve purchased. In the past the “All” tab only displayed courses purchased, completed and incomplete.

    Is this the new normal for that “all” tab. If so, I’ll keep it hidden.
