This is with UM 2.2.5. One of my readers told me today, that if he logs in on the site to leave a comment, he is correctly logged in, but logged out, as soon as he clicks on anything on the website. I was able to reproduce that as user, not as admin. Now we found that the user who is logged out (according to the mask) can still leave comments as a logged in user. Is that a known bug?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @fethomm

Please check if the user is being redirected to your site URLs without the https. If that’s the case, I suggest that you install the Force SSL plugin so that users will keep browsing your site with SSL/https.

Thanks for coming back to me. The answer to your question is no, the user still uses https after he is logged out. And by now other users have confirmed the problem.

    Hi,

This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

I am familiar withe the procedure and used Healthcheck to disable all plugins. After enabling UM and logging in as user, unfortunately, the behaviour is exactly the same as described above.

    Hi @fethomm

Did you make any customization with UM hooks? Also, do you have any caching plugins on your site/server? If so, please try disabling them and see if this is an issue with the cache.

    Hi again,

no luck with the caching plugins either. We had the idea that with a recent move of the website we might have forgotten to add a DB. Is there a list somewhere of the DBs that UM uses?

    Hi @fethomm

UM core doesn’t have custom database tables. Only a few UM extensions have custom tables.
