User friends way for CMS user to change photos?

Hello,

Hopefully this should be an easy explanation to give.

I basically have two colored bullets designed, one red one yellow. I have a “new arrivals” column on my customers website, that lists new beer (yellow) and new wine (red) that have just arrived into the store. The lists changes pretty often and I would like for them to be able to pick which color “bullet” they want to appear next to the new item.

Any ideas? I am well versed in CSS but just not sure how I can make this easy on the end user.
