    Earlier I had the following plugins installed which i deactivated and deleted-
    1. WP Super Cache
    2. Autoptimize
    3. Async JavaScript
    4. Focus Blog by ThriveThemes
    5. Thrive Architect

    Now I am using very limited plugins-
    1. Ultimate Member 2.0.33
    2. Ultimate Member Terms and Condition
    3. Ultimate Member Google Recaptcha
    4. SendGrid
    5. Email Log
    6. Insert Headers and Footers
    7. Email Log
    8. Ultimate Member – Profile Tabs (Inactive)

    Astra

    I did conflict testing by following the link here https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test but the problem still persists.

    I switched back to Twenty Fifteen and deactivated all the plugins except these three-
    1. Ultimate Member 2.0.33
    2. Ultimate Member Terms and Condition
    3. Ultimate Member Google Recaptcha

    Hi @thebeardedguy,

    It looks like an issue on your server side.
    Can you please check the error.log file of your server and see if you have errors there.

    Please also check developers console of your browser for errors.

    I figured out. It was due to conditional field were made mandatory. When I removed the mandatory option from the field I was able to save the form.

    For the button I had deleted the Update Field text from the button page on the form page. I restored and it started showing.
