User forgot password and logout is not working

Hello,

I am using the version 2.5.2 of Woocommerce (Woothemes) with wordpress 4.4.2 version and having trouble getting the lost password reset to work. Using a test customer account, I use the ‘Lost Password‘ link, and once I’ve entered my user or email address but I haven’t receive the e-mail.for the confirmation link.
And also when a user customer trying to log out but not working it show page [woocommerce_logout] shortcode.
Please help me in this matter. Thank you!
