User First Name

  • Hi Guys I see the user enters their email address which we can add to our mailing list but is there an option for them to enter their first name too? Otherwise we just have an email which is no good. Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out and using the Scratch and Win app.
    Yes, users can add their names to the sign-up form. To edit/ add fields to the form , please navigate to Scratch and Win Admin -> Campaigns -> Edit your campaign -> 1.Settings -> Click on Lead form drop down -> Select Fields Setup -> Click on checkbox ‘Show on Form’ on the ‘Name’ label. This will add a new field on the sign-up form and once the list syncs, the names will also get synced to your connected list.
