User fields

I maintain a shop based on WP selling digital goods. From the client I need only Name and email. The client can be an end user or a buyer but is not obligated to become a member of my shop. Thus only name and email are obligated fields, no user name, no password and no log-in. Just before finishing the payment, the buyer will see the following not obligated fields: company name, buyer name, street, postcode, city, country, phone, Chamber of Commerce no, VAT no. We deliver a certificate of ownership and a VAT invoice and a lot of buyers don’t need that, so when this fields are not filled in, they get the Dutch VAT of 21% added to the end price.
