User email Notification

Hello!
First of all i would like to say that this is a great plugin in!
I only have one question.
I have set up my calendar but when i make a (test) booking, i only receive an email response as an administrator and not as a guest.
Of course i have used different email address.
I searched this forum and saw that you suggest that people use the smtp setting for the user email notification.
Is there somewhere a manual or a guide on how to set this up?Thanks in advance
