User Email and Phone Number not showing on Profile

User profile page you shared is not publicly accessible so I could not check it. Can you please make sure you have excluded the profile page from the cache and can you test it on incognito mode to make sure it is not because of the cache?

Thanks Aswin. I’ve removed any user profile page from caching and confirmed that. Still no email or phone number visible on the profile page. Sorry that I cannot expose the membership section on the site, as it is for members only.

What I’m looking for is some setting in Ultimate Member that I could have overlooked, some way that these 2 field woulds remain hidden even after making sure that they are visible?

I deleted several fields and used mobile phone instead of phone. Now the profile displays correctly, though I don’t understand why.
