User Email Alerts/Notificatiions when a property is uploaded

  • @admin and other used I need help to set up an auto alert to a registered user when a new property is uploaded that meets either a saved search or predefined user criteria eg price, or area, or even property time
    How can I use ERE to meet this need or any suggestions on plugins will be welcome?
