    Hi @pipoulito,

Thanks for reaching out. So we can ensure Site Kit works as expected please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Where do you encounter this notice (ie. When connecting the Analytics module)?

If you’re finding this notice during the Analytics setup process, this is normal if there is an existing Analytics snippet on your site, possibly inserted via another plugin, a theme feature or from another user. Once we have the above information I can help determine the cause and advise on this further.

    Hi @pipoulito,

Just following up to check whether you’re encountering the same issue? If so please share the information and I can assist further.

i’m having this same problem… can’t connect analytics but console worked… ?? same account… only one google account… shows the correct OWNER google account… i’ve been thru all users and set them all to administrator…

Error: Your Google account does not have sufficient permissions for this Analytics account, so you won’t be able to see stats from it on the Site Kit dashboard. This service was originally connected by an administrator — you can contact them for more information.

An existing Universal Analytics tag was found on your site with the ID UA-xxxxxxxx-20. Since this tag refers to the same property selected here, Site Kit will not place its own tag and rely on the existing one. If later on you decide to remove this tag, Site Kit can place a new tag for you.

and ya, went thru the troubleshooting guide, and i’ve removed account and reset, multiple times
    thanks for any help…

    Hi @somethingelse,

Thanks for sharing details of your experience. If you’d like to open an individual support topic we’d be happy to investigate this for you. After opening a support topic it would be great if you could share your Site Health information, so we can check for any possible sources of a non Site Kit placed Google Analytics snippet, and see if there are other connected administrators.

We also have more information on this on the plugin website.

I’ll keep an eye out for your topic! Thank you.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
