    Some people can register for my meetings just fine, but others receive a “User does not exist” error. Why is this? I have the following settings checked on my event page:

    Registration
    Register with Login
    Disable waiting room
    Mute participants upon entry

    Everything else is unchecked.

    We haven’t had this problem in the past and have held many successful meetings. It could be that nobody every mentioned the registration issue before, or perhaps I have something set wrong — but my settings are the same as they have been in the past. Could it be a setting on the Zoom account this is causing this?

    Note, I can register with one of my own email addresses, but not the other. Does it have something to do with whether the email address is registered with Zoom?
