User details not populating in backend after registration – URGENT

  • Hi,

    We are facing a problem – First name, Last name, phone number are the custom fields we created for user registration page. These fields are created using
    billing_first_name,
    billing_last_name,
    billing_phone

    After user registration, the user details first name, last name, phone number are not populating in the backend(Dashboard—>Users). Only Email ID & Username are getting populated.

    This is effecting our live site. Can you please help us in this regard.
