User delete message button doesn’t show up

    Hi,
    I just bought you Wise Chat Pro and installed it on my extranet. It is a nice plugin, and it works fine, but user delete and edit message buttons don’t appear close to user message. I tried different settings with no luck. Could you tell me how to activate those buttons, please?

    Hello @eduarperu

    1) Deleting messages – this option is for logged in users only. Anonymous users cannot delete messages. Please go to Wise Chat Pro Settings and Moderation tab. Then please enable “Enable Admin Actions” and select roles in “Delete Message Permission” few lines below.

    2) Edit messages – please go to Wise Chat Pro Settings page and Appearance tab. Then please enable “Enable Message Editing” option.
