User Defined Fields Disappeared

  • Two User Defined Fields, one require and one not required, were working fine for 50 some registrations. Then today they disappeared from the Pie Register Dashboard along with the Defined Fields in the User data of the previous registrants. I added the fields back into the Pie Register Dashboard and they disappeared again. Ideas?

    I had exactly the same problem as it seems that the fields vanish to do something, do not know yet what. All the people who registered and had to answer all of them were deleted and were without access to the area of the fields that were filled when did your site registration.
    This can be very serious when the expiration dates of registration.
    Liked that the support can verify this for us.
