User default role

  • Thanks for this great free plugging. I realised that after a membership plan with a particular user role expires, it’s role still doesn’t change to the free role set in the plugging serting. Is it not auto, or what am I missing?

    Make sure you configure a role from plugin settings, Membership settings tab:
    Free Role
    Role when membership expires. Ex: subscriber

    PS: Recurring membership (configured from Membership Levels tab) needs to be cancelled to stop. Otherwise renews as configured while balance is available.
