User data to be displayed on map needed – any ideas?

Hi ??
I am looking to add a section to my site which does the following:
1. users are asked questions, they type in the answers and submit
2. the results are then shown on a map (preferably interactive map)
3. also show chart, graphs etc… of details entered
3. other users can then view the map and view the stats

Any ideas on plugins or even themes which cater for this?
