User data not retained after registration

After a user registers on my site their information is not stored in the user database. And the extra fields that they were required to fill in during registration do not retain the information in the profile.The only thing that is being stored is the username and email. Nothing else (for example address, zip code etc..)

This just barely started happening. Has this happened to any one else? Can you help me figure out why the registration information is not being retained in the user profile? (Note I am using Theme-my-login but even if I deactivate it, the registration information is still not retained in the user profile)
