    Hi @toniupper

    Your setup looks good so you should have access to all users. I would also check role position setting. Please go to Members > Settings > Add-Ons and make sure “Members – Role Hierarchy” is enabled and then edit “store manager” role and change “Role Position” to 90. This should allow you to manage all users whose “Role Position” is the same or lower than 90 in role settings.
