User capabilities not working

On my website, I have added capabilities for my shop manager to edit posts, pages, custom post types like projects and reactions (https://prnt.sc/108ct5t, https://prnt.sc/108ctnr, …). Yet in the backend he doesn’t see any existing pages, projects, reactions… (https://prnt.sc/108cukp, https://prnt.sc/108cv07, …). What can be the cause of that? Is there something else I must do?
