User Capabilities – Edit confirmation emails

    Hi, I am the overall admin for our web site but someone else manages Events. I’ve set up a role and given (I think) access to all the Events Manager user capabilities but he doesn’t seem able to manage settings at all. The screenshot he sent doesn’t show the settings item in the sidebar menu.

    Is it possible to let him edit the confirmation email templates without giving full admin access to the site?

    Booking Email Templates uses manage_options role that is not yet included in the User Capabilities option, you can try to use other WP plugin for custom user role but it might still include other EM options.

    Thanks Angelo. I gave him manage_options and that did the trick.
