User can’t register

    After entering all the information for user registration, user gets redirected to blank page (still on /register url) without actually registering himself or. No error is shown neither on page neither in F12 tools. I’ve tried putting registration form on new page and I get the same result.

    It actually used to work a couple of days ago and also we received a couple of user registration but now suddenly it does not work anymore. Plugin was not updated and nothing has been changed.

    What could be a problem?

    Plugin version: 2.3.9

    Solved, but new problem appeared. Every username and email is already in use, but registration works anyways.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Are you using a plugin called iThemes Security? Can you deactivate it and try again the Registration?

    If not can you deactivate all other plugins and use a default WordPress theme? Maybe there is a theme/plugin conflict.
