    Not sure if the user is causing some sort of issue or the plugin itself. I have a user that created an account and it tells them the password is incorrect. She requested a new password and same thing. I saw the email with user and password and tried myself, we both refreshed and deleted cookies and still no luck. I ended up deleting her account and she started all over and once again she can not log in. She has also created a completely new account with a different email address and once again I refreshed, deleted cookies and tried myself and still the same password is incorrect message appears.

    What might be causing this and how can it be fixed>?
