    Hi there,

Which content type did you selection?

    Front end posting should be:
    https://yourdomain.com/write

The listing of writings submitted should be:
https://yourdomain.com/content where content = what you selected in Dashboard > WriteShare > Settings So, if you selected Essays, the url would be https://yourdomain.com/essays

Please let me know if that works for you.
    Thank you.

I will talk to the developer and report back as soon as we have more info. Thank you!

Make sure you’re logged in as an author on the site, otherwise it won’t let you write. Can you check the Role of the user you’re logged in as? Admins can also write, so try logging as an admin and access that page.

I have written 1 essay with 1 user

when i am log in with this user and if i choose https://mydomain/essays/
    i have 2 essay
    one empty
    and the user essay

One this list, if i choose “modify” i go to the page index

if i click on ” continue lecture”
the essay open and i have a link ” edit” who allow to edit

    My question :
    – why the link “modify” dont work
    – why 2 essays and the first empty
    – i have nomber of word and minutes reading , how can i erase this
    – how can i translate this plug in french
    – can i have a list of allthe essay like yahoo style directory ?

Are you using the latest version of the plugin?

    i am using kleo theme
and i wanted an addon to allow people to write their stories
but this one seems not to be good

    why ?
    – i cant create a page with list of stories structured by directory( for the moment the stories are sort like news on a page)
    – perhaps you must write your code more efficient with buddypress
    – i cant add a button like “social articles” and allow a member to write a stories directly …

pr you have answer for me to adapt the code

The issues you describe will be investigated. Stay tuned.

I’m also using the kleo theme and can’t write on the front end either as admin, author or subscriber. I can only write from the backend. I’ve selected ‘Creative Writing’ and believe all the taxonomies are set up right.

You should also check to ensure the plugin is working with the ‘WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click’ plugin and it’s important to protect the content for writers. Perhaps you can suggest another content protection plugin that has been tested. Thanks for this plugin.

Hi and thanks for getting in touch.
Have you made sure that “User has writer privileges” is checked for the account you are trying to post from? It’s at the very bottom of User > Name
Did you set it up so that new people registering are automatically give Writer Privileges?
    Thank you for checking

I’ve checked to confirm all that is in order, still to no avail

I can send you an admin login to confirm…
