User cannot view toolbox or upload images

  • Can anyone advise.
    I have a multi user website and one of my long-term users (an author) can no longer view the toolbox or upload images… (this problem arose a few days ago) This is what they can view when logging in.

    BUT… when I login in using their login details/profile I can view the toolbox and I can upload images… (different computer and different house/location etc)

    AND… they can login and view toolbox and upload images on another website of mine… with profile settings (I think) the same from the same computer of theirs.

    Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?

    The two websites use different themes. She is using Chrome Frame 32?
