    Hello,

    During my webinars, participants are not able to ask a second question. The filled in one question, but when they click ‘ask question’, this button turns in ‘one moment, please…’ and stays this way. Although I receive their question, their screen does not process that the question is sent, it stays telling ‘one moment, please’ and the button doesn’t change back in ‘ask question’. Only when they retype the webinar URL, they are able to ask a new question. How can this be resolved?

    Hi Lucy,

    We cannot give you an administrator account. We can open a test webinar for you on an appointed time so you can have a look yourself; would that help? What day & time (in which time zone) would be appropriate for you?
