User can only vote once per poll ID

    Hello,

    I would like to know if it’s possible instead of using One Time Voting Function(ipaddress,phpcookie), we will use user login(check on database if already vote to a certain poll ID), user must be vote once per poll ID.

    I hope that makes sense.

    We are having problem when someone voted and used another account/friend account on the same device.
